we live in Australia so all communication was via email. Response was fats, addressed all our issues. Gave us good choices and we ended up choosing a truly special holiday

Ideas are good. General planning is good. Detailed execution could be improved. Needs more quality control on execution. Also needs more control over execution by local agents who can be fairly random
