I am sorry to hear that you had issues with your deliveries. As we use a third party delivery service we are not able to offer text alerts as standard, though we are always looking for ways to improve this service. Whilst we always aim to deliver on your chosen delivery day there are occasions where things beyond our control can delay an order. When we are aware of this we will inform customers as early as possible so we can make alterative arrangements where possible. Once again I apologise that your experience was not as we would expect.
