My order was delivered promptly , inside was a hand written note, saying if I had any problems to ring them, I thought it was a nice touch. I would order with them again.

After speaking with my colleagues, they called to inform you on Tuesday that we were unable to supply you with part of your order as the product has been discontinued, and informed you at the same time that the remainder of your order was to be dispatched on Wednesday.
