I'm very sorry about the delay with your order. We did actually send it out on the 16th of February, and at 9.00am on Sat 17th of February it left for Croatia from Heathrow. For some reason it was not logged as having arrived in Croatia until the 9th of March. We have absolutely no idea why, and have no control over this sadly. I do sincerely apologise for this however.
They tried to deliver your package today at 4.10pm, but delivery was unsuccessful. The note on account now is that they are sending to PU. We are unfamiliar with this term however?
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do, and again would like to apologise. Normally we have very little problems with international deliveries, but obviously this was not the case with your parcel. We have no control sadly once it has left the country.
Hopefully you will receive the parcel soon, and we do hope that you will give us another chance in the future to show you the top quality service VetPharmacy always strives for.
