I'm glad you had a nice holiday at villa Marea which is a new entry on our portfolio this year. 

I'm very disappointing about the Pay Pal link which works fine from our side once you've been correctly addressed to Pay Pal website. Please make sure with Pay Pal you have no pending issues with your email address. Surely they will help you out understand what the problem is when trying to pay through their platform.

Hello Catherine, thank you for your time and feedback. I'm very disappointing to hear of your unpleasant stay at Villa Malika and I'll pass your comments over to the property owner. Unfortunately we didn't hear from you, during your stay at the villa,  and so I don't understand why you are rating us so badly if we did not have the chance to be of help. Hopefully, you will consider exploring more of Sicily in one of our other villas at another time.
