We are sorry that you are not happy with your experinece as discussed on the phone we apologise for the incorrect date engraved, we did offer you an immediate replacement without any question. With regards to the missing item this item was not on your invoice and you had not been charged for it which was why it was not sent. We dispute that the person that you spoke to was unhelpful, you were offered replacement cufflinks without quibble. The person was unable to send you the engraved box without payment as this item had not been paid for.

The item was on the bottom of the invoice and I was not to know it wasn’t paid for. I don’t accept that it’s human error to get a date completely wrong when it was clearly marked on the invoices it should have been checked. Also hanging up on a customer at the end of a call is rude in my opinion.
