Good Morning Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased to hear the positive feedback about our products that you ordered.We detail our postage costs clearly on our delivery page. Postage costs in the UK over the past year and a half have increased substantially. We agree that they are high, but unfortunately they are out of our control as a small business. We do not make any profit on postage costs often in fact we may lose out to some countries as prices seem to vary weekly. Postage is now more than double what it was a few years ago but unfortunately there is nothing that we can do about it. We have tried cheaper options but have found over the many years that we’ve been doing this that couriers other than the one we use can be unreliable, take too long, have poor tracking and ultimately cause our customers inconvenience. So we took the decision to use a more expensive but reliable option.Since January of 2021 some European countries charge VAT at a specific in country rate for goods ordered from the UK, again this is beyond our control. We cannot predict what those charges may be in any country. Both of the above have led to a rapid and sharp decline in our international orders which used to form a significant part of our business.
