We are so sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet there have been several days of royal mail strikes since it was posted which will have delayed your order. We are sorry about this but the strikes are beyond our control. Because we know there is some disruption we upgraded your postage from the £4 saver delivery that you chose to first class fully tracked at our own expense as we felt it might have a better chance of getting through the backlog. I will send you the tracking details via email so that you can see the status of the delivery. Orders are getting through but some are delayed as a result of the backlog and it seems to vary depending on which offices the particular parcel passes through. We are hopeful that it will make its way through the system and apologise for the delay we are a small family business doing our best at an unprecedented time Kind regards
