I can see that you had sent a return request which was actioned but without note as to the product that you wanted to return and any reason why, if we had known, we could have addressed it right away for you. From this review, I can see that your comments were about the Bamboo Storage Bench. From my experience, this is ordinarily a lovely and very popular item.
