Thank you for taking the time to review and we are sorry for the obvious frustration caused by this genuine error. The mis-pick resulted in you receiving an almost identical rattan magazine rack, only with the internal handle rather than the external one. Once brought to our attention we were happy to rectify and offered to swap but you said it was not necessary and so proceeded to reimburse any difference paid. Kindest regards Tracy
