VERY POOR . REQUESTED CALL BACKS - NEVER CAME EVEN AFTER BEEN PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK REGARDING THE PURCHASING OF A HOME INSURANCE POLICY?
