Thank you for you feedback and whilst we understand your frustration, unfortunately as the broker, we can only put forward the prices quoted to us by insurers. As explained, the increase is partly due to the gap in cover, but as per your conversations with our staff, you may decide to complain to the insurer about their pricing. If you need assistance in doing this, please let us know.
