Dear Mr Hayes, We sincerely apologise for the delay of your grill being delivered, once we processed your order we were informed by the supplier that the delivery was booked for Friday. We were only contacted on the Friday that there was an issue and that your delivery would be delayed until Monday, which we informed you of and refunded the next day delivery charge. Unfortunately we were let down again hence the unit not being delivered until Tuesday. We of course take full responsibility for the delay but are dependent on our suppliers and couriers holding up their end of the deal, unfortunately on this occasion the issues were out of our control and we apologise for the delay, as you say at a very busy time of year. We would really appreciate if you gave us the opportunity to make up for this experience when you’re looking for any further appliances in the future, Many thanks, Alexanders Direct
