Hello Mrs Reeves,I am very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the delivery service provided. We of course rely on our couriers but in this instance there was a vehicle capacity issue that they were unable to find a solution for, hence the delivery being delayed until the following day.From the courier’s system we can see you received a SMS message on the 22nd at 11 am informing you of the issue (before your 3-5 pm time slot), and then an additional SMS message 50 minutes later to confirm the delivery had been re-booked for the following day.The unit was delivery at 2.15 pm on the 23rd and several calls were made to update you of the progress of the delivery from 1 pm that day.We of course take complaints very seriously and will look into your feedback that the drivers were unpleasant and unhelpful.Many thanksAlexanders Direct
