I am very sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the service on this occasion, we always strive to fulfil orders in a timely and professional mannerr. The time period taken for the delivery was because the location of the premises, our normal carriers could not delivery to the location so they used an out sourced courier which was expected to take a little bit longer than the normal 2-3 day delivery time. We were continuously making calls to both couriers throughout the delivery process to try and narrow down a specific time, in this instant we do understand that the delivery took a little longer than expected. I can only apologise for any delay to the delivery and inconvenience caused by these delays. In future we will ensure that with postcodes which are a little more difficult to delivery to, we are very clear on the expected time this will add to the delivery process

Hi, Thanks for the feedback about the site, I just wanted to check if you were aware of the product comparison tool that can be found on every product and category page? It compares all available data for the products added to it in a user friendly table, as we appreciate there can be a lot of detailed information when looking at multiple products. We are working on making this feature a bit more prominent in the future. Regarding delivery options, we are limited to what we can reliably offer from our suppliers/manufacturers and so that's why we ask if you have any urgent or specific requirements to call our sales team to ensure they can be fulfilled. In some cases we also have alternative options for delivery (via different carriers) but for obvious reasons only want to offer online what we are 100% certain we can deliver at the prices quoted.
