Hello Mary,
I am very sorry for the issues you have experienced with your purchase, on this occasion there was an error with our supplier processing your order, which of course we accept all responsibility for.
As soon as we were aware of the error we organised an express Saturday delivery so the appliance would be with you as soon as possible. Unfortunately the unit was delivered with damage and so we organised a replacement as quickly as we could (the damage was reported on Tuesday after the bank holiday and a replacement was with you the next day).
I would also like to apologise for the attitude of the delivery driver, we take complaints like this very seriously and have raised it to the carrier company resulting in a formal complaint.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused and as a company always endeavour to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I hope the service you've received on this occasion doesn't make you reluctant to continue to be a return customer.

Thank you for the feedback, regarding the delivery service I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with services available but on some of our very large appliances the unpack and position service isn’t always available, but our sales team would have been able to find a solution if we had been made aware.
Given the size and weight of the appliance you purchase, and due to health & safety guidelines, this would have required a three man crew to position the appliance, this would have cost upwards of £400 and we have found this cost to be unpopular with our customers.
Regarding drivers time on site, I will raise will raise this with the carrier as drivers are allocated time on site and should wait for you to inspect the appliance before signing for the delivery. We always advise to not sign the POD unless you are happy that the unit is in an acceptable condition.
