Thank you for the feedback, regarding the delivery service I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with services available but on some of our very large appliances the unpack and position service isn’t always available, but our sales team would have been able to find a solution if we had been made aware.
Given the size and weight of the appliance you purchase, and due to health & safety guidelines, this would have required a three man crew to position the appliance, this would have cost upwards of £400 and we have found this cost to be unpopular with our customers.
Regarding drivers time on site, I will raise will raise this with the carrier as drivers are allocated time on site and should wait for you to inspect the appliance before signing for the delivery. We always advise to not sign the POD unless you are happy that the unit is in an acceptable condition.
