Hello Mr Uddin,
I am sorry to hear of your experience with our couriers, I have reviewed your order and you are correct there was an issue with dispatching the microwave from the warehouse, which is a very rare occurrence. We then asked for the delivery to be re-booked ASAP to include a Saturday delivery but we were unable to make contact with yourself, as were the courier company, which resulted in the delay in delivery.
The microwave was delivered as soon as the courier was able to make contact with you but obviously delayed compared to the original timescale so I can only apologise for the delay and would be happy to offer you a discount or upgrade as a means to an apology, please contact us at Alexanders to see if we can resolve the situation.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you have received with your order.  Unfortunately there was an error in the warehouse which delayed your delivery which we are very sorry for and have taken steps to ensure these rare occurrences do not happen in the future.

Regarding your comment of “Incorrect order when placed” I believe refers to you placing an order for two mismatched appliances (regarding their capacity) which we resolved by replacing one of the appliances to match the other larger capacity (which is higher in value) at no cost to yourself.

And of course we are not pleased to hear the product was faulty when first used but as per our terms and conditions we have manufacturer agreed processes to deal with these situations, these would be the same whomever you purchased the appliance from as they are set by the manufacturer.
