Good but not as efficient for my IBS D as was Collis Browne mix. It is also useful for my diverticulitis. Immodium is useless for all but one symptom, and long term use can be hazardous.

Because it was a life saver when sold out on every site I went on. This is an old cure and works. Nothing else like it, so I guess sold out everywhere as nothing else relieves so quickly.
