Beautiful house with Wow factor! Gorgeous pool and all kept lovely and clean. I would highly recommend this fabulous house to anyone.
Beautiful area. Pessac is quiet but does have a restaurant on the river and a great shop to get your morning bread and croissants. We loved the area, especially St Emilion and Bergerac.

We were impressed with Alternative Aquitaine but not so impressed with a query we had with the insurance which resulted in a re-directed phone call that cost over £30

Thank you for your kind feedback, though we're sorry if the insurance cost was higher than expected - we provide information about this on our booking form, but understand it's one of those things people often only think about just before they go away. We would like to offer it ourselves (and think we could do it cheaper!) but unfortunately FCA rules don't allow us to.

Very nice apartment, well equiped and very well kept
Capbreton is a cosy small town and offers all you need. The apartment, situated next to the atlantic ocean offers a slendid and unforgettable view.

We were in Castelcap for the second time - this year for 6 weeks! Due to the renovations of the new owner over the winter, the flat has greatly improved! It looks fantastic, it is very well equipped.

Perfect for our 3 families. 10 of us in total, 6 adults 4 teens. Pool was wonderful and kept clean regularly. All mod cons, washer and dishwasher. Location superb. Would happily go back.
Things quietened down a lot at the end of August, beginning September but this didnt spoil it apart from the Chenes beach not being life guarded. Nice new Super U not too far away (driving).

Only the lack of air con avoided it being rated Excellent
AND the cleaning can always be to a better standard
[a mid week cursory clean would also be beneficial]

June 2017: Just by way of an update, aircon has not been installed. It's very expensive to install and run and is rarely needed. Last summer's heatwave was one of those occasions but fans are available for such occasions. A new cleaning team is in place this season. Glad that you liked the property, it's one of our most popular.
