We're sorry to hear about the damaged equipment in your villa – we will raise these issues with our partners. The Reception at the Atlantic Green estate is available to report such issues during your stay. To explain, the linen policy is unfortunately one that comes from our partners in France, and one that we must respect in order that our prices stay in line with other suppliers. Were it up to us, we would include linen and towels as a standard in the rental price (indeed, this used to be the case) but we have to follow their rules. It's as frustrating for us as it is for our clients, but I hope you understand. Bethan

Thanks for writing - really pleased you enjoyed your villa and Hossegor. The owner provides a basic kitchen 'starter pack' and the fridge delivers ice and filtered water non-stop! I think a couple of treats will be added to the pack next year :) Justin

Wow-thank you! We're so pleased you enjoyed your stay. As you say, Hossegor can get busy during the school holidays. There is a huge stretch of sandy beach to explore, and on busy days it pays to find a quiet spot, such as north of Seignosse. Bethan

Thanks very much! If we could pick up one of these Lacanau villa estates and move it next to the beach we'd be very happy! Still, a 3km ride along the cycle paths is a nice way to reach the ocean and sea-front shops, etc. Justin
