Many thanks for your honest feedback - we are really sorry to hear about the cleaning issue on arrival. We weren't made aware of this until we received your feedback form and a cleaner could have been dispatched to the house immediately had we known. As for the pool, we have spoken to the owner to discover the chlorine level was too high - an unfortunate mistake. With regards to the TV, we were sorry to learn that the Apple TV is being activated at the house next week. This was the first rental of the season and there have been some changes to the housekeeping team - we are very sorry that you experienced the teething problems related to this. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay at the house despite these setbacks - if you decide to return to the area, we would be happy to apply a discount as a gesture.
