Hello & thanks for writing. I'm glad it worked out at Chateau de Salles - the villas are very nice (we'll check out the fridge/freezer though). I stayed there the week beforehand, coincidentally. Your initial enquiry on the Biscarrosse villa was indeed a frustrating one; it's a property where we had to check availability and the owner's communication could have been a lot better - we've made this point to her. I appreciated your patience whilst we secured a good alternative. Justin
