Only thing to improve would be some instructions in the villa about how to use the appliances; especially the air con which was needed but which we could not get to work

Beautiful villa,exactly as described. Excellent location, only 20 min walk from the beach and overlooking the golf course. I don't think the photos do it justice!
There is something for everyone in Moliets. Local bakery, butchers and tabac in Moliets-bourg as well as a brand new Super U Express. Beach bars, restaurants, a SPAR and cafes in Moliets Plage. But

the villa was amazing. Plenty of space with a good lay out. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent
The area is lovely plenty to do with the lake and beach so close. The town was very good in the evening for meals and mooching around the shops

Really appreciate your feedback. It sounds as though there's a bit of wear and tear at the end of the season and some items needs replacing. The owner will definitely address any maintenance issues. Thanks again for highlighting what items needs attention.
