Typical French property with above average amount of land so we were able to erect our portable badminton court. Pool was good. Property manager was exceptionally helpful.

Appreciate you writing candidly about your experience at the La Prade villa estate - sorry to learn your villa was disappointing. We will find out which villa number you stayed in. The supplier can then follow-it up with the villa owner for any improvements required or remove it from their rental programme. I agree in-villa wi-fi would be better; this is only available, as advertised, on the Clairiere villa estate. There is free wifi only at reception at La Prade. It sounds at though you had an indifferent experience of customer service in France; I'm sorry to hear that and it's disappointing this affected your judgement of us. You obviously liked Moliets and I really hope that we have an opportunity to improve on your villa experience if you ever returned to the resort.

Average.....did not get a lot for the Money. Tired and old Villa, needed to clean and no wifi......get into the 21 century. Not sure if the French know about customer Service.

Enjoyed reading your comprehensive and positive comments, thank you! I agree that Cottages du Lac is ideal for younger families. I think you've summed up the area nicely too: nearby Parentis meets the day-to-day shopping needs; Biscarrosse Plage has a fab beach but for sophistication head to Arcachon. Hope to hear from you again next year!

Very comfortable villa with a great garden for children and a good and quiet location.
Not sure about Hossegor but of course there are so many alternatives around that area - for example the Pyrenees being just 45 minutes away and numerous choices of beaches.

Fram Nature was lovely. The site itself was set in beautiful forest and the accommodation was very good.
The destination was Soustons NOT Moliets Plage, which was a 20 minute drive from Fram Nature. Moliets Plage was much nicer than Soustons although Soustons was very good.
