Thank you for your feedback, we're delighted that overall you enjoyed your stay at Hortensias. To be honest we agree the house has a premium price without being premium quality, it is really down to the amazing location. We rate the accommodation overall as Good, in fact it is probably very good in some aspects, and Simple in others - we'll bring this out better in our description. Also to accept some of the points about equipment for UK clients, we've sent this straight on to the owners to remedy. Thanks again. Alex

Thanks for your feedback, pleased you enjoyed the area though obviously it's disappointing to read about the villa. We rate the one you booked last year (La Prade, Moliets) as better quality than this one (simple quality), but that doesn't excuse the pool issue which the supplier ought to have sorted out more quickly. It was exceptionally hot when you arrived, I suspect that caused a number of pools to 'turn' and things took longer than normal to remedy. Sorry for the frustrating start to your stay. Alex
