Thank you for the great feedback about the villa and area. But sorry to hear about the service on arrival - although made beds aren't included here you should of course expect linen when you arrive, we will be following this up. Happily it doesn't sound like it spoiled the enjoyment of your holiday!

Alternative Aquitained were good, they told you when you would receive invoice and make payments and kept to these parameters. The map and pack information was very useful.

Many thanks for your feedback - we're delighted you enjoyed the house and area! But really sorry to hear you began your stay cleaning, not at all how we want clients to start their holiday. (If you'd said we would have got the housekeeping team back straightaway.) The previous guests were there 3 weeks and may be a factor - we've been in touch with the owner about this so it doesn't happen again. Thank you again for alerting us.

Thanks very much for your feedback! I saw this house for the first time back in June and loved it! The owner also has a lovely villa for rental in Hossegor. Agree with your observation about the shops/restaurants at the Seignosse Ocean end of the beach (le Penon, Bourdaines) which are a bit tourist-y. It's definitely worth the cycle ride into Hossegor instead.

Thanks for your comments. We will speak to the owner straight-away about the oven. Regarding the kitchen items, everything was set up for the start of the season but it sounds as though replacements are now needed; again we will relay this to the owner to address asap. Thank you for highlighting this.
