Ordered online but the case was faulty. Took them to my local store in Southampton. They glady changed them. The only gribe I have about the scales is the fabric case is too small and very tight.

Good scales does the job, protective case a little to snug, not a major problem, the manufacturer just needs to make the case a little bigger.

Only used once since purchase but accurate reading on very good compact digital scales
