The product you purchased was designed specifically for Asian style weddings, which typically have more events connected with the wedding ceremony and therefore we are able to provide cover for a longer period than our Dreamsaver Wedding Insurance. Your wedding does not fit the criteria of Dreamsaver Wedding Insurance because there is more than 21 days between the ceremony and reception (many of our competitors only allow for a lesser duration between events). We suggested the Asian Wedding Insurance policy as an alternative as it can provide cover for a longer period between the ceremony and reception, rather than requiring you to purchase two separate policies.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently, as far as we are aware in the UK policies will not provide cover for cancellation due to any reason. Voyager's Asian Wedding insurance provides 100% cancellation cover for valid claims up to the selected limit.
