We would like to apologise on behalf of DHL/Royal Mail for you not receiving your parcel on time.
We did in actual fact have the item posted out on the same day it was ordered, Which we would be happy to provide proof for. This item was lost in transit & we were not notified by either yourself, Royal Mail or DHL that this was the case.
Unfortunately we do not receive real time updates from couriers as to where a parcel may be.
Once we learnt of the delay in transit we did check the parcel & was given the status "out for delivery"
Once again I apologise for the inconvenience caused. It does state the item has now been delivered, But if this is not the case please get in touch with our general enquiries department at info@astutelighting.co.uk.
We can only endeavour to provide the best possible service from ourselves, once our items reach the hands of DHL/Royal Mail, unfortunately we are unable to monitor the service from that point on & we can only go off reputation.
I would also like to mention there have been a large amount of Royal Mail strikes which will have contributed to this.
