Every thing was excellent until I tried to get a cancellation of my policy, then every thing turned to 'custard'. I have tried on many of occasions to actually make contact with some one and every time I get a person I am told that I have to wait for some one to ring me back and no one does. Even after I have asked for a specific time, during my breaks, to receive the call as I am unable to use my phone while at work I was informed that this could not be done and that I will have to wait until some one contacts me at their convenience, within a 48 hour time period. All I wanted was for the cancellation to take place so that the automatic payment will not transpire but unfortunately the money was taken out of my account even though I requested for this transaction to not go ahead. Please I would like this money to be transferred back into my account as soon as possible.
