The chap that rang me was very polite and gave me the information I needed. He even put up with my warped humour and my bad hearing. But we got there and we finished with a laugh.

Customer service (Mac) very good. Somewhat taken aback however when asked for Bank details at Quote and Enquiry Stage. In this day and age this could put some people off. All good.
