Small group Legends, Anecdotes and ghost

Thank you for your comments. The tour includes ghost stories and local legends and operates with an English speaking guide. On the day of the tour we had two guides and two groups. Both guides: Cristina and Kristina are extremely knowledgeable and very patient with the customers and have been with our company since the begining. You will find a lot of positive reviews about them online. Your feedback seems very surprising - given how these guides work it seems very unlikely any of them would have acted as indifferent towards a customer. As you have pointed out you scheduled a tour on the same day as your incoming flight - probably you were coming from overseas and the jet-leg did not allow you to enjoy the tour fully though this is hardly the guide's fault the same as the peak season and crowds in Venice. Perhaps consider traveling in lower season - Venice will seems less touristy during that time. thank you for your feedback
