The gondoliers are part of the gondolier's association - what we book is a 30 min ride and this is what they should provide. We will notify the association about your feedback and will ask them to ensure the rides last the advertised amount of minutes. Presumably you didn't contact our office on that day? We could have intervened right away when you were still at the gondola station. Can you recall gondolier's name or perhaps have a pic with him?
