Thank you for your feedback. In case of tours like the day trip to the Dolomites good weather is of course a key factor however I am sure you will agree that's not something that we have any control over. We have a B plan ready in case it rains and we include some alternative stops to make the day as enjoyable as possible. Our small group tours from Venice all operate with max 8-passenger vehicles as it allows us to run the tours with English-speaking driver-guides. A driver-guide doesn't mean there are two persons accompanying you: one driver + one guide. It's just one person. On the website it's not mentioned anywhere that there is a city guide included in the tour. Can you please advise where you found this information? There is also a video available online describing how the tour operates. A driver-guide provides introduction along the way, as well as gives you interesting info at each stop before you are given free time. I presume you expected to have a walking tour with a city guide like the ones we operate in Venice however this is not the same type of tour. On the day of the tour we had three vans and three of our experienced driver-guides ( Filippo, Luca and Michele) who have worked with us for many seasons now and who clearly know how the itinerary and tour should operate. We understand you simply had different expectations - that can happen. Probably had the weather been better you would have been satisfied with the tour but as stated above - it's beyond our control. We hope that despite the weather conditions you enjoyed the tour at least a bit. We remain at your disposal for any further assistance.
