These discounts remain consistent from one year to the next, and we make every effort to apply them to your policy. If a customer contacts us to review their policy, if they are eligible for a discount they don't currently have, we may apply it to reduce their renewal premium. If you are already in receipt of the discount you will be advised there are no further reductions to be applied.
I can confirm that we had included a discount of £128.19, meaning the best premium was offered without impacting your cover and this would have been advised to you had you have rung our customer service team to query any further reductions.
