Not cancel your insurance without any correspondence as they did with me then charged me 119 pounds to take out a new policy which was 80 pounds dearer than the original one

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of your recent experience. Upon reviewing your policies I can confirm the relevant communication had been issued on 22/09/2023. I apologise if these were not received. Unfortunately once a policy has been cancelled we are not able to reactivate it, I can confirm the team member you were speaking with was correct to assist you in obtaining a new policy. A new policy can differ in premium due to fluctuating rates of Insurance and different benefits and cover selected. I can see you have opted for an additional benefit on your new policy. Our staff always endeavour to provide the most competitive cover and quotation to suit our customers needs. My colleague applied a reduction of £76.29 via a multiproduct discount and the best price was offered.
