Upon reviewing your policy, I can see you had spoken with my colleague who had managed to reduce your premium by €62.71 and can confirm the best price available was offered at this stage while not impacting the level of cover or any additional benefits included. I have had a look at your policy and can see you have been a valued customer since 2012, we appreciate your custom and loyalty. Unfortunately, car insurance prices have risen across the insurance industry over the last couple of years. Some of the reasons for this include ongoing rising claims and a rise in the associated costs. At AXA we try our best to minimise these increases, while still offering a great service and product to suit our customer’s needs. I can confirm that my colleague who spoke to you regarding your renewal was correct. They advised you the price issued was the best price we could offer this year as all applicable discounts were already applied. I am sorry we were not able to offer further reductions this year.
