I have reviewed your account; I see you were speaking with a team member who assisted you in changing from a commercial policy to a private policy. I can confirm my colleague had applied the maximum discounts available including our affinity discount which provided a reduction of £125.32 and free motor rescue and a 10% multiproduct discount for having another policy with us.
