unfortunately, Insurance premiums across the industry have increased this year due to several reasons which include rising claims and a rise in the associated costs. We try to reduce these costs where possible for our customers while still providing a great product and service, and so our staff are happy to review policies to ensure the best premium has been provided.
Upon reviewing your policy, I can see you had spoken with my colleague on 28/09/2023 who had managed to reduce your premium by €54.58 and can confirm the best price available was offered at this stage.
