Unfortunately, we have seen higher than average premiums across the insurance industry this year, due to an increase in claims and rise in the associated costs among other contributing factors. We try our best to minimise these increases while still offering a great product and service to suit our customers' needs. I can confirm that you do currently have your no claims bonus protected. This cover allows you to make two claims within a three-year period without it impacting your level of no claims discount, however this does not protect the overall price of your policy. Upon review, I can see that you spoke with our team member regarding your premium and I can confirm this was our best available price while ensuring your cover was not impacted.
