Unfortunately, due to an increase in claims and a rise in the associated costs among other contributing factors, there has been an increase in premiums across the insurance industry this year. We try our best to minimise these increases while still offering a great product to suit our customers' needs.
Upon review, I can see that your policy automatically renewed on 04/10/2023. This was our best available premium, while ensuring your cover was not impacted. I apologise for the difficulty you encountered while trying to reach us. We sometimes receive high call volumes into our contact centre, which can lead to a delay on occasion however, we are currently in the process of training additional staff, and I hope this will reduce wait times in future.
