Upon review, I can see we have received proof of your no claims bonus prior to joinging AXA and this is considered in your current no claims bonus. Thank you for your reply. I'd just like to point out, you tell people that due to high claims and so on this is why their quote has increased which is fair enough. But why offer a reduction to only certain members of the correct credit union, it feels very discriminatory to me. Also if you lucky enough to be a member of said credit union you also get free recovery which I've had to pay £30 something for(although you don't get key recovery which I don't need anyway).
