We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your premium this year. We have seen an increase in claims, the frequency of them, the volume and the costs. We are doing everything possible to reduce the impact that this is having on our customers.
Our aim is to offer the very best premium at every contact and we can confirm that the premium offered this year is the very best that we can offer based on the best possible rates available to us. We hope that the continued steps we take will impact the premiums that we can offer.
When a policy lapses we are unable to reopen this policy and have no way of reactivating the policy. This is the reason that a new policy must be set up. Customer retention is extremely important to us and we do everything possible to show this. We provide additional cover on long term policies which is free of charge. We add driving other vehicles, we provide car hire, legal expenses, injury cover and motor rescue to name but a few all for free. We provide a superior service to any other company and put our customers at the heart of what we do.
