We are very sorry to hear about the experience that you have had. Our aim is to offer the best possible service at every contact so we apologise for letting you down on this occasion. I can confirm that we were not your previous insurance company. Although we underwrite for a number of brokers this does not make us your insurance copy. We only have an interest from a claims aspect we provide claims cover to the broker in the event of a claim on your broker policy. I see that someone has spoken directly to you over the past few hours and has advised in detail what is required to finalise your new policy with us.
We have a dedicated sales team who operate our phone lines from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9pm to 4pm. Our branch network operate Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We are contactable via telephone, email, social media or face to face. We also have a 24 hour 365 day of the year emergency number that you can contact us on for any claims issues.
