Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Enjoyed opportunity to see all the top sites in Southern Spain and the local guides were very knowledgeable, hotels were also good would have preferred shorter. Bus travel days but appreciate Spain is

I leant a lot of history of Spain, the guide Michelle was very good. Most of accommodations was good the only problem was that the local guides had 3 hours, it was far to long standing in the heat
