Certainly not what we want to hear or see, nor how we expect a customer to feel after ordering from us.
So as a start we can only apologise that you feel this way.
We of course want to give any prospective purchaser reading this review a good understanding of what might have gone wrong, so they can assess us and the way we deal with customers.
There was no specific data on the review, so in order to understand what may have been an issue that would make you feel this way I have dug into your order and the records we have about it and can see that there was a considerable delay in completion of the design stage.
To the best of my understanding and from the records it looks like we caused a delay of some 2 weeks and didn’t progress the order immediately into production once signed off. However, the majority of delays were due to the structure not being completed and design not being approved by you or your client.
To overcome our own delay that we caused we expedited the production by 2 weeks in the hope to make up the time lost.
We hope that, despite any delays, the end product and the quality will remain and be enjoyed by your end customer on site, and maybe we get the opportunity to prove ourselves to you in the future.
