I have paid 137 £ in May and got nothing.

I have not received what i have paid for;
Catastrophic! I consider it should take no more than 2 weeks to receive a package from the UK to France. Now, it is 3 months and no news from what I bought.
No package received since May. I was told to be patient in June. We are now in August!
