As per our previous communications with you, when we investigated your order and raised a trace with our courier, we were notified that your query raised was out of the time frame as your order was placed over a year ago.
We do understand your frustration but unfortunately the matter is out of our control with our courier.
As you have ordered with us another time since and had no issues you are aware our delivery is normally 1-2 working days, if there is any issue with your order once it is raised to us in time, we can put a trace with the courier, but it must be in the 7-day time frame.
If we are notified outside of this timeframe there is very little, they will do for us. As it has been over a year, they won’t issue a claim for your package.
We do have this noted in our terms and conditions on our website under section 3.6 delivery regarding time frames of when we need to be notified if there is any issue. Our system sends emails with each stage of your order from confirmation to dispatch of your order where if your order hasn’t been received 1-2 days after your dispatched email we can follow up and trace your package with the courier.
