Hi Anthony, Thanks for getting back to us about your recent purchase from Best of British Beer. I’ve checked our records and it looks like this was your first delivery from us and I’m sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. The bottle conditioned case is one of our most popular choices and we sell 1000s a year. It’s a style that is recognised by CAMRA as Real Ale as the beer is still fermenting in the bottle and the sediment at the bottom is the live yeast. It is basically the same beer that you would have on hand pump at your local pub. We try to make the range as varied as possible, so there will be IPAs, golden ales, darker beers, bitters etc. If you are used to drinking filtered beer without sediment e.g. keg products, then maybe the selection you chosen wasn’t right. You might have been happier with our Craft Beer or IPA cases. Please drop me a line and let me know what your favourite beer styles are and I’ll personally put together a case to suit. I’m sure we can find some British beer you’ll really enjoy. Cheers Will

I really do appreciate you coming back to me. I am a very very long time member of CAMRA and real ale is always my first choice. Barngates Tag Lag is currently my favourite beer having spent some time recently in the Lake District. Maybe I was having an off week trying out the beer you supplied and I was a little reluctant to be so critical but I felt I had to be honest. Bitters and Pale Ales and here in the South,Fullers London Pride and ESB, St Austell’s Beers plus a few local breweries such as Fallen Acorn which sadly has just gone out of business. How about putting together another case of say bitters and pale ales for me to drink. They don’t need to be real ale in a bottle this time.
