Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Ray hope you've managed to save them until nearer Christmas and enjoyed sampling the selection. We do use branded boxes to promote ourselves and can see from the couriers photo that they had tried to leave it discreetly in your porch way but in the future if you have a safer place for it to be left then please drop us an email at hello@bestofbritishbeer.co.uk along with your order number and we'll pass the information onto our courier.
